LADIES ONLY

Tea Tree Gully


The ladies classes are particularly popular and all woman are welcome to participate. There is always that opportunity for a chat and refreshments after the class if inclined.

Classes run for 45min and are all about keeping fit and mobile, whilst having lots of fun and meeting new people that can support each other.

Exercises vary each week designed to incorporate strength, cardio fitness, balance, coordination using a variety of equipment, a dance might be thrown in here and there.

There is absolutely no pressure to compete or do exercises that you feel are not comfortable or not safe for you.

Options will be provided if you have an injury or chronic illness that needs to be considered.

It is important to work at your own pace and comfort zone and to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Don't forget to bring your towel and water bottle.

A health and physical questionnaire must be filled out prior to commencing the program, to identify any health risks and determine if a medical clearance is required from your doctor or treating health professional.
