INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Once your goals have been established, you will be provided with a tailored exercise plan geared towards your specific needs.
Each session will be supervised to ensure you are performing exercises correctly and efficiently, in order to maximise your results. If your technique is not correct when exercising, then you are at increased risk of injury as well as not successfully achieving your goals.
Having an experienced and qualified professional beside you to demonstrate the correct posture and technique is invaluable
