GYM SESSIONS



GYM SESSIONS CAN BE PROVIDED EITHER

ONE-ON-ONE OR IN A GROUP



EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT and that means everyone’s abilities and requirements are different when it comes to exercise. IT CAN BE OVERWHELMING going into a gym environment, trying to do it on your own is hard work, that's why a supervised individual session or gym group can help you build confidence and encourage good technique



HOW DO I START?

You will begin with a consultation session to establish any health risks and determine if a professional referral or medical clearance is required prior to starting any program. Phone or email Jo Jose for your consultation appointment.


INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Once your goals have been established, you will be provided with a tailored exercise plan geared towards your specific needs.

Each session will be supervised to ensure you are performing exercises correctly and efficiently, in order to maximise your results. If your technique is not correct when exercising, then you are at increased risk of injury as well as not successfully achieving your goals.


Having an experienced and qualified professional beside you to demonstrate the correct posture and technique is invaluable


GYM GROUPS

Gym groups provide the opportunity for individuals to integrate physical activity and social inclusion in a gym environment.

Provides a fun and supportive environment where new friendships can be established.

Ideal for individuals who want to increase confidence in learning how to use gym equipment, incorporating new exercises to help your mobility under supervision and with support.


Suitable for teenagers and adults.​
