AQUATIC SESSIONS





AQUATIC SESSIONS CAN BE PROVIDED EITHER

ONE-TO-ONE OR IN A GROUP

IN YOUR LOCAL POOL OR IN YOUR POOL AT HOME


Exercising in water is a low impact activity, removing the stress and pressure off your muscles and joints. Performing exercises in the water can achieve therapeutic gains that may be too difficult for a person to attain through land based therapy. The resistance of the water prevents any of your joints from moving too quickly, which can prevent sudden impact injuries.

All sessions are delivered in a fun and interactive way and are customised towards individual needs and goals. You do not have to be a swimmer to enjoy and participate in or benefit from aquatic sessions.

FUN for all ages!


GROUPS

Individuals attending group sessions need to be able to follow basic instructions and work independently. If you require 1:1 support, you will need to provide your own support worker or carer to assist you with carrying out the activities within the group.
